As a senior leader at the store, the Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their store, including all aspects of end-to-end customer service, sales and revenue generation, store profitability, inventory control, training and development of staff members, cost control, as well as other key management responsibilities.
The Store Manager must have a track record of obtaining superior profitable results thought others, this includes leading people from started steps to tangible outcomes. We’re looking for someone who has the experience and attitude to contribute and succeed in our senior management team.
This position is full time salaried with quarterly bonus and reports to the President of Coper Star Home Medical Supplies.
